Description
Ocufresh Lubricating Eye Gel is a sterile 0.2% carbomer 980 eye gel, supplied in a 10g tube, for dry eyes. It lubricates the eye by coating the surface of the eye, and relieves the dryness, discomfort, grittiness and minor irritation that dry eye can cause. As a gel rather than a watery drop, it is applied as a single drop in each affected eye, 3 to 4 times a day or as required.
Key Features
- 0.2% carbomer 980 gel: The gel is a viscous solution of 0.2% carbomer 980 that sticks to the eye surface and coats the cornea and conjunctiva (the clear front of the eye and the membrane around it).
- Dry eye symptoms: It is used as lubricating eye drops for dryness, discomfort, grittiness and minor irritation caused by dry eye.
- Flexible dosing: One drop is used in the affected eye or eyes 3 to 4 times daily or as required, depending on the discomfort and relief obtained.
- Sterile tube with anti-tamper collar: The 10g tube is sterile and has an anti-tamper collar that you peel off before first use.
