Lamberts Biome Balance Travel is a live bacteria food supplement in 30 delayed-release capsules, previously called Probioguard. Each capsule provides 4 billion live bacteria from four strains: Bifidobacterium bifidus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii, which Lamberts selected for use when travelling. Delayed-release capsules and moisture-protective packaging are used to help the bacteria reach the gut.

Lamberts advises against using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have an immune-compromised condition, unless a doctor has advised you to.

Each capsule delivers: Bifidobacterium bifidus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii, 4 billion live bacteria in total (at the time of manufacture).

Inactive ingredients: Capsule shell (hypromellose and gellan gum), anti-caking agent (stearic acid).

Additional information: A white powder in a clear hard-shell capsule. Delayed-release capsules with a disintegration time of 105 minutes. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Free from wheat, barley, soya, eggs, milk and milk products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish, yeast and gluten-containing ingredients.

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning. Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks.

Store in a cool, dry place protected from light, preferably in a refrigerator.
