Other ingredients: Corn starch, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate).

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If you cannot swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and mix the contents into cool food or drinks. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage.

Store the glass jar below 25°C and out of direct sunlight, keep the desiccant sachet in the jar and close the lid firmly after each use. For maximum potency, the jar can be refrigerated after opening.
