What is the difference between Osteoguard Advance and Lamberts Osteoguard?

Osteoguard Advance provides 500mg calcium, 250mg magnesium, 10µg vitamin D3 and 90µg vitamin K2 in 2 tablets. It contains vitamin K2 (MK-7) and no boron. Lamberts Osteoguard is a separate product, with each tablet providing 500mg calcium, 125mg magnesium, 5µg vitamin D3, 1.5mg boron and 38µg vitamin K1, and the directions are 1 to 2 tablets daily.

Does Osteoguard Advance contain common allergens?

Lamberts states that the formula excludes wheat, barley, soya, eggs, milk and milk products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish, yeast and gluten-containing ingredients.
