Description
Otrivine Adult Nasal Drops 10ml helps clear a blocked nose fast and with care. Adults and children over 12 can use it for colds, sinus pressure and hay fever. It uses xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1 percent to shrink swollen nasal blood vessels. Therefore airflow improves within minutes and relief can last for up to ten hours. Moreover, it is easy to dose with drops, which aids clear, simple nasal decongestant use. However, it is not for children under 12 or for long term daily use.

What conditions does Otrivine Adult Nasal Drops help relieve?
The drops ease nasal blockage linked with the common cold and flu-like symptoms. They help relieve congestion from hay fever and other allergic rhinitis triggers. They also support relief in sinusitis, where swollen nasal passages cause pressure and stuffiness. They suit many short-term blocked nose issues across winter and allergy seasons.
Are there any side effects I should know about?
Some people may feel mild nasal dryness, irritation or brief stinging after use. Rare effects can include headache, nausea, heart palpitations or raised blood pressure. Very sensitive users may notice sleep issues, restlessness, dizziness or slight tremor. If symptoms seem severe or do not ease, stop use and seek medical help.
Can I use these drops with other medicines?
People taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors should not use Otrivine Adult Nasal Drops. Care is needed with other sympathomimetic decongestants or certain antidepressant medicines. Always check with a doctor or pharmacist if you take heart, blood pressure or mood-related medicines. Normal food or drink does not affect how these nasal drops work.
