Solgar Formula VM-2000 is a high-potency multivitamin and mineral supplement, supplied as 30 tablets and taken two tablets a day. It combines a broad range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, using chelated mineral forms and an iron bisglycinate form of iron that Solgar states is formulated for enhanced absorption and to be gentler on the stomach than some other iron supplements.

Other ingredients: Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, pea starch, alginate, dicalcium phosphate), anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), cross-linked cellulose gum, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), and colour (riboflavin).
Additional information: Contains soya (isolated soya protein powder and soya lecithin). Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, preservatives and artificial flavours or colours.
Usage and Instructions
Take two tablets daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
